Slips is proud to announce our next gig. We’ll be playing Aqua Lounge in the heart of Beverly Hills. Here’s some info on the club:

1. AMPLE street parking or $6 valet if you so choose.

2. $5 beers.

3. $7 well drinks. That’s ANY drink.. any call drink or restaurant style drink you can think of. They have a lot of fancy schmancy, creative drinks there too.

4. They have a pretty impressive dinner menu there and it’s inexpensive. It’s a great place to sit and watch the show or party at one of the two bars. There’s even a seprate dining area if you choose to dine before the show.

Join us on Memorial Day Monday for a night of ‘Slips music and to celebrate Ben’s 33rd birthday (so old!).

The Mint is a legendary LA club and we are honored to finally take it’s stage.

This show will cap an amazing Memorial Day weekend for the band as we are also opening up the Topanga Days County Fair on Saturday morning.

So, be sure to print up some flyers and bring the gang along for some live music to officially start your summer to.

That’s right folks, after a two month hiatus Slips Into Space is back!

2010 is the “year we made contact” and how better to start the decade off than with a show at the legendary Viper Room.

We couldn’t be more excited to play this historic Hollywood hot-spot, and just to make sure you really, really, REALLY enjoy the show, we’ve got a set cholk-full of neo-classic Slips tunes and a fun cover to get you moving into the weekend.

This ain’t your usual Slips Into Space show, we guarantee. So be there, or should-a-could-a-would-a your life away.

That’s right! To celebrate that very special time between Halloween and Thanksgiving, SLIPS INTO SPACE is performing LIVE at Molly Malone’s.

We’ve got a very special show planned, and this will be the last time you get to see us in 2009.

When we come back, in the New Year, we will have a bombastic album under our belts, and a fantastic gut over said belts.

Slips Into Space has just wrapped a marathon recording session at Wyman Records in Burbank. A ‘tip’ of the hat to Tip Wyman for quick and precise engineering.

The goal of the weekend was drums, and drums is what we got. Jesse played his heart out and his arms off and we couldn’t be happier with the results (except for the “arms off” thing…sorry Jess).

Stay tuned for some pictures and possibly a sneak-peak at our forthcoming album.
